To communicate the safe and considered return of reusable cups to EMEA branches, Starbucks asked us to create an informative but engaging visual narrative to guide their customers through their updated COVID policies.
We achieved this through a live action film, which was distributed through digital and Starbucks internal platforms.
The film worked alongside a comprehensive press package made up of editorial b-roll and photography and was used as part of a wider Starbucks PR campaign – which was heavily featured in the Mirror.
